    The U.S. Patent and Trademark Office did not extend the life of a patent for the pulmonary arterial hypertension drug Orenitram long enough after it took too long to consider Supernus Pharmaceuticals Inc.'s revised patent application for it, the company said in a suit Monday in Virginia federal court.
