Domino's Should Pay For Franchise Wage Violations, Suit Says
Domino's Pizza Inc. was taken to task on Monday in a putative wage-and-hour class action filed in New York federal court saying the pizza chain can't hide behind the franchise model when its franchisees are committing wage violations against employees.
