A Massachusetts federal judge on Friday dismissed a suit by seven self-proclaimed New England Patriots fans claiming they were wronged by the league's handling of the Deflategate equipment scandal, ruling they failed to adequately allege a violation of the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act, the suit's sole federal claim.
