Flint Water Case Belongs In Fed. Court, Mich. Judge Told
An engineering firm fighting a putative class action brought by a group of people who claim they were injured by the Flint, Michigan, lead-tainted water crisis asked a Michigan federal judge on Tuesday to reverse a dismissal order and hear its argument on the merits, saying federal court was the correct arena to handle the allegations.
