A gambling technology company has adequately pled that online game developer Zynga Inc. infringed its patent covering a video game system to survive a bid for a quick end to the case, a Nevada federal judge has ruled.

Online game developer Zynga Inc. dodged a patent infringement suit brought by several gaming technology companies over its online social casino gaming platform when a Nevada federal judge Thursday held the asserted patents are invalid under the U.S. Supreme Court's Alice ruling.
