Calif. Marriott Hotel Wants Minimum Wage Suit Tossed
A Marriott hotel in San Jose, California, asked a federal judge Wednesday to toss a former employee's class action claims, alleging that the collective bargaining agreement he claimed violated the city's minimum wage ordinance was expressly permitted by that very ordinance.
