Ex-Exec Settles SEC Suit Over LED Lighting Co. Stock Fraud
The former chairman of ForceField Energy Inc., a maker of energy-efficient lighting products, has struck a deal in New York federal court to settle the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission's claims that he used a network of stock promoters and brokers to solicit investors for his company in exchange for hidden kickbacks.
