Clothing company Carter's Inc. and its OshKosh B'gosh brand on Monday urged a Georgia federal court to dismiss a proposed class action claiming that shoppers are misled into purchases through inflated prices and fake markdowns, arguing that the allegations are overbroad and unsupported.
