A Georgia federal judge on Friday signed off on a deal between the estate of rock guitarist Jimi Hendrix and a distribution company, laying out how alcohol bottles with themes related to the late musician may be sold.

Jimi Hendrix's estate urged a Georgia federal court Friday to sanction Tiger Paw Distributors LLC, which is allegedly violating the deceased music legend's trademark, saying the company has violated a court order by reactivating a website selling Purple Haze Liqueur.
