Exxon Mobil Corporation scored a win Wednesday in a probe into its past knowledge of climate change, notifying a Texas federal court of an agreement with U.S. Virgin Islands Attorney General Claude Earl Walker in which Walker agreed to drop a subpoena seeking 40 years of company documents in exchange for Exxon dropping a retaliatory suit.
