    Navistar Hit With Racketeering Suit Over Bus Engines, Brakes

    Navistar was hit with a racketeering suit Wednesday by an Illinois school bus company accusing the truck maker of concealing that the engines and brake systems in its school buses were defective while continuing to improperly collect revenue from bus sales and excessive repairs.
