Van Co. Says BorgWarner Must Face Drivetrain Suit
An electric van company suing BorgWarner Inc. over defective drivetrains that cost thousands of dollars to replace urged a Kentucky federal judge on Wednesday to deny the defendant's bid to toss a portion of the suit, saying the parts company was playing corporate hide and seek.

BorgWarner was sued Thursday in Kentucky federal court by an electric van company accusing the parts manufacturer of selling defective drivetrains that the company then had to spend thousands of dollars replacing for more effective parts.
