Neovasc Escapes Investor Suit Over $70M Trial Loss
A Massachusetts federal judge dismissed a proposed shareholder suit on Tuesday against Canadian medical device company Neovasc Inc. over its $70 million trade secrets trial loss, finding that Neovasc had adequately warned its investors about the financial impact of a loss and only made select "forward-looking" statements about the pending litigation.
