2 Plaintiffs Firms Hit With New Asbestos Racketeering Suits
Industrial manufacturer John Crane Inc. launched a pair of racketeering lawsuits Monday in Illinois federal court against a pair of plaintiffs' firms accused of defrauding the manufacturer in asbestos litigation by fabricating false histories for their clients, echoing earlier claims by bankrupt Garlock Sealing Technologies.
