VidAngel Says Family Film Law Is Shield In Disney's IP Row
VidAngel, a home video service that streams films with what some consumers consider to be objectionable content filtered out, argued in California federal court Monday that the Family Movie Act shields it from copyright infringement claims brought by Disney, Warner Brothers, Fox and LucasFilm.
