A Texas federal judge on Friday said a group of unnamed women suing Baylor University over its response to their reports of sexual assault may amend their complaint and add four additional "Jane Does," but cannot modify any allegations of the six current plaintiffs.

Jane Does Cite Baylor Ex-Title IX Chief To Back Claims
Baylor University's former Title IX coordinator appeared on "CBS This Morning" Wednesday, saying the school didn't give her the autonomy she needed to do her job, and in the supplemental brief filed to the court after her appearance, the six unnamed women suing the university over its response to their sexual assault reports said that her comments about that lack of autonomy illustrate why discovery should not to be halted in the case.
