JPMorgan Chase Bank NA on Wednesday accused whistleblowers of manipulating their False Claims Act case against the bank regarding a mortgage modification program by moving the suit from New York to Texas federal courts based on changing precedents, and argued the case rightly belongs in Washington, D.C.
