Electrolux Blasts Suit Over Allegedly Dangerous Dishwashers
Electrolux Home Products Inc. asked a Virginia federal judge Tuesday to toss a proposed class action alleging that its dishwashers are apt to overheat and catch fire, contending that two consumers' vague claims about an unidentified defect don't hold up.
