Drivers Sue Fiat Chrysler Over Jeep Cherokee Gear Defect
A proposed class of Jeep Grand Cherokee, Dodge Charger and Chrysler 300 owners allege Fiat Chrysler fraudulently concealed a gear shifter defect that has resulted in vehicle roll-aways, injuries and the death of "Star Trek" actor Anton Yelchin, according to a lawsuit filed in California federal court Thursday.
