A Celator investor asked a New Jersey federal court Monday to halt the oncology biotech's planned $1.5 billion sale to Jazz Pharmaceuticals, contending the too-low deal is the result of a flawed and "coercive" sales process that benefits company insiders at the expense of shareholders.
