ACLU Hits US With Suit Over Anti-Hacking Law
The American Civil Liberties Union, representing a group of professors and journalists, hit the United States with a suit in D.C. federal court on Wednesday, saying that an anti-hacking law violates free speech by chilling research and investigations looking at whether websites use discriminatory algorithms.
