Energy Co. Workers Seek Conditional Cert. In OT Suit
A group of hourly workers suing a Connecticut-based energy company for allegedly denying them overtime pay and then trying to hide the labor violation asked a Florida federal judge on Monday to grant conditional class certification, saying the workers are similarly situated enough to warrant conditional approval.
