Insurer Says Broker Stole Trade Secrets, Poached Clients
A former broker for USG Insurance Services Inc. stole company trade secrets and poached the insurer's clients when he resigned and defected to a competitor, according to a suit removed to Pennsylvania federal court on Monday.
