Bimbo Bakeries Can't Dodge NJ Delivery Drivers' OT Suit
A New Jersey federal judge refused on Wednesday to toss a putative class action alleging Bimbo Bakeries USA Inc. doesn't pay its Entenmann's baked goods delivery drivers for overtime, rejecting Bimbo's argument that the drivers' state wage and hour claims are preempted by collective bargaining agreements.

NJ Delivery Drivers Hit Bimbo With OT Class Action
A group of New Jersey delivery truck drivers filed a putative class action employment suit against Bimbo Bakeries in federal court Wednesday, alleging the largest baked goods company in the U.S. does not pay its drivers for overtime.
