A suit waged between co-owning brothers of a Pennsylvania contracting business over an alleged scheme to steal company funds was stayed Tuesday after a federal judge denied efforts to compel the case to arbitration and disqualify Cohen Seglias Pallas Greenhall & Furman PC from representing both the individual defendants and the company.

A half owner of a Pennsylvania contracting company suing his brother, the other half owner, and other company executives for allegedly scheming to steal company funds said Monday that Cohen Seglias Pallas Greenhall & Furman PC can't represent both the individual defendants and the company, saying they have a conflict of interest.
