A Manhattan federal judge did not appear keen Friday to pluck a $1.5 billion fight between GM and 500 pre-Chapter 11 lenders out of bankruptcy court on an interlocutory basis, rejecting as "feeble" the notion that lenders could have altered the course of the seven-year-old case being led by their agent, JPMorgan, had they been served earlier.
