A federal judge in Washington state on Tuesday tossed a lawsuit brought by a proposed class of people involved in fetal tissue research and donations in an attempt to redact their personal information from public records requests made by the founder of an anti-abortion group, finding that there's no federal question of law.

The founder of anti-abortion group the Center for Medical Progress on Monday asked a Washington federal court not to certify a proposed class of individuals involved in fetal tissue research and donations who are suing in an attempt to redact personally identifying information about themselves in public records requests.
