Bass Shoe Shopper Says Outlet Sale Prices Are Misleading
G.H. Bass & Co. and parent company AM Retail Group Inc. were smacked Tuesday with a proposed class action in California federal court by a shopper claiming the shoemaker's sale prices at outlet stores represent "phantom" savings, as purportedly original prices on merchandise are false and misleading.
