Uber urged the Second Circuit on Tuesday to overturn a New York federal judge's refusal to force arbitration in a putative antitrust class action accusing CEO Travis Kalanick of colluding with drivers to fix prices, arguing the district court disfavored arbitration in violation of the Federal Arbitration Act.
