DHS Must Redo Search In Raid Document Fight, Court Says
A Georgia federal court partly granted the Southern Poverty Law Center's motion for summary judgment in its Freedom of Information Act suit against the U.S. Department of Homeland Security over documents from two immigration raids, finding Thursday that the government must refine its search and produce additional records within 60 days.

A Georgia federal judge refused Wednesday to rule in favor of the U.S. Department of Homeland Security in a suit by the Southern Poverty Law Center over the department's alleged refusal to comply with a Freedom of Information Act request regarding a pair of immigration raids, saying the agency failed to conduct an adequate search.
