A Missouri federal judge on Tuesday refused to toss a suit alleging Edward D. Jones & Co.'s 401(k) plan served the interests of the company rather than its employees, saying allegations in the most recent amended complaint sufficiently raised questions about the company's management of its employee benefits plan.
