Conn. Wine Trade Group Asks To Intervene In Antitrust Suit
The trade association for Connecticut wine and liquor distributors asked a federal judge Thursday to let it intervene in a retailer's challenge to state laws that allegedly promote horizontal and vertical price-fixing by beverage wholesalers and prevent retailers from offering the best prices, saying it has a significant stake in the outcome.
