German Subcontractor Seeking $5M Resists Arbitration
A German company that was subcontracted to do design and construction work at a U.S. polysilicon factory told a Tennessee federal judge Tuesday that the factory owner couldn't cite a contract the subcontractor never signed to compel arbitration of its $5 million claim.
