    A Tennessee magistrate judge on Thursday ordered a German subcontractor to arbitrate its $4.6 million dispute with the owner of a U.S. polysilicon facility it helped to build, concluding an arbitration clause in the prime contract had been incorporated into the subcontract.

    German Subcontractor Seeking $5M Resists Arbitration

    A German company that was subcontracted to do design and construction work at a U.S. polysilicon factory told a Tennessee federal judge Tuesday that the factory owner couldn't cite a contract the subcontractor never signed to compel arbitration of its $5 million claim.
