A Utah federal judge on Wednesday nixed a $2.35 million settlement after denying class certification to thousands of drivers suing trucking company C.R. England over its pay structure, saying the drivers' claims aren't similarly aligned.

A Utah federal judge on Monday gave final approval to a deal in which trucking company C.R. England Inc. will pay $2.35 million to settle a wage suit brought on behalf of 6,300 truck drivers, according to court documents.
