C.R. England To Pay $2.35M To Settle Driver Wage Suit
A Utah federal judge on Monday gave final approval to a deal in which trucking company C.R. England Inc. will pay $2.35 million to settle a wage suit brought on behalf of 6,300 truck drivers, according to court documents.
