Non-Arbitration Uber Drivers Sue Over Alleged OT Violations
Uber drivers who opted out of arbitration agreements with the ride-hailing giant filed suit Friday in Miami in an attempt to circumvent the arbitration issue bogging down similar class actions elsewhere and push for a ruling on whether or not the drivers were misclassified as independent contractors.
