A D.C. federal judge kept alive part of a suit alleging a Massachusetts-based diagnostic laboratory wrongly billed government agencies for certain tests that aren't medically necessary, saying a whistleblower sufficiently demonstrated that the company knowingly submitted false claims to the government.
