Nursing Home Co. Inks $18M Deal Over Medicaid FCA Claims
Vanguard Healthcare LLC and related companies have agreed to an $18.6 million settlement to end a False Claims Act suit by the federal government and Tennessee that alleged Vanguard's nursing facilities billed Medicare and Medicaid for services while failing to provide care for their patients, the U.S. Department of Justice announced Wednesday.
