A trade secrets suit brought by Preston Marshall, grandson of the late J. Howard Marshall and former president of administrative staffing company MarOpCo, against the business, his brother and the company's attorneys was transferred on Thursday to Texas' Northern District over the ex-head's objections.

Preston Marshall, former president of administrative staffing company MarOpCo, told a Texas federal judge on Friday that his brother, Pierce Marshall Jr., is seeking removal of a trade secrets lawsuit he's facing to federal court solely for the purposes of delaying a trial set to begin in November.
