Preston Marshall, former president of administrative staffing company MarOpCo, told a Texas federal judge on Friday that his brother, Pierce Marshall Jr., is seeking removal of a trade secrets lawsuit he's facing to federal court solely for the purposes of delaying a trial set to begin in November.
