A Delaware federal judge on Thursday approved a settlement in which Breckenridge Pharmaceutical Inc. admitted it infringed Amgen Inc.'s patent for its calcium reducer Sensipar when it asked the U.S. Food and Drug Administration to approve generics before the patent expired.
