Home Depot Subcontract Worker Wins $1.8M More For Injuries
A New York federal court jury awarded an additional $1.8 million, on top of the $6.6 million already awarded, to a subcontractor's employee electrocuted at a construction site where Home Depot was the general contractor, finding that he deserves payment for past and future pain and suffering damages.

Home Depot Subcontract Worker Gets $6.6M In Injury Suit
A contractor who filed suit after being electrocuted while working at a construction site where Home Depot was general contractor was awarded $6.59 million by a federal judge Tuesday, with the judge finding it "mystifying" why the defendant subcontractor the plaintiff worked directly for put up hardly any defense.
