MD Anderson Sues Ohio Charity Over Cancer Trademarks
The University of Texas on Wednesday sued a charity that funds cancer research at The Ohio State University, accusing it of infringing on trademarks held by its MD Anderson Cancer Center, which uses the marks to advertise its treatments and fundraise.
