Allstate Hits Electrolux With $3.6M Suit Over Dryer Fires
Allstate filed a product liability suit in Illinois federal court on Tuesday seeking to recover $3.6 million in policyholder payouts in connection with fire-causing dryers that Electrolux allegedly knew were defective, the latest in more than a half-dozen such suits.
