An Ohio coal company told a federal court Tuesday that Blue Racer Midstream LLC continues to plan for the installation of a gas pipeline where it has mining rights, despite it telling Blue Racer multiple times it didn't have the right to lay pipeline above the area that belongs to the coal company.
