Astellas Pharma Inc. on Thursday filed three lawsuits in Delaware federal court seeking to block generic versions of its patent-protected overactive bladder treatment Myrbetriq, which were proposed by Aurobindo Pharma, Windlas Healthcare, Prinston Pharmaceutical Inc., Huahai US Inc. and Solco Healthcare US.
