Drivers In Gearshift MDL Chastise Fiat For Deflecting Blame
Drivers accusing Fiat Chrysler Automobiles in multidistrict litigation of manufacturing vehicles with faulty electronic gearshift systems that could cause the vehicles to roll on Wednesday pushed back against the company's arguments that drivers should have known better, saying customers couldn't have known about the defect.

Miller Law Atty Gets Lead Role In FCA Gearshift MDL
The Michigan federal judge overseeing multidistrict litigation alleging that Fiat Chrysler Automobiles manufactured certain vehicles with gearshift defects tapped a founding partner from the Rochester, Michigan-based Miller Law Firm PC to serve as lead counsel for the car owners in the case on Wednesday.
