Uber Gets Partial Win In Wheelchair Discrimination Suit
An Illinois federal judge on Monday partially dismissed discrimination claims against Uber by a nonprofit for people with disabilities and three of its volunteers, finding no proof of direct discrimination but rejecting Uber's argument that because the volunteers never tried to ride they can't claim injury.

Uber Asks Judge To Axe Wheelchair Passenger ADA Suit
Uber Technologies Inc. asked a Chicago federal judge on Friday to reject a suit that accuses it of violating the Americans with Disabilities Act by failing to accommodate passengers who use motorized wheelchairs, saying the ADA's mandates don't apply and the plaintiffs lack standing to sue.
