Va. Motorists' Suit Over Use Of Dulles Tolls Tossed
A Virginia federal judge scrapped a proposed class action Tuesday accusing the Metropolitan Washington Airports Authority of unconstitutionally funding D.C. Metrorail's Silver Line extension with Dulles Toll Road revenue, finding in part that the MWAA is not improperly using federal power.
