Hudson Valley Hematology Oncology Associates RLLP improperly waived patient copays and billed Medicare and Medicaid for services performed by nurses as if doctors were there, New York federal prosecutors alleged Tuesday when intervening in a whistleblower's False Claims Act and Anti-Kickback Statute suit.
