HGH Supplement Co. Says False Ad Suit Lacks Evidence
Human growth hormone supplement maker SanMedica International LLC on Friday urged a California federal court to dismiss a putative class action accusing it of lying about the efficacy of its supplements, saying a nearly identical suit has failed and that the complaint is based on claims a private party isn't allowed to bring.

A California resident has sued the maker of a human growth hormone supplement he claims is falsely advertised as able to boost HGH levels by nearly 700 percent and turn back the human aging process, even though its chemical formula can't possibly provide those effects, his federal complaint read.
