Accuride Investors Drop Suit Over $125M Crestview Buyout
An Indiana federal judge on Wednesday agreed to dismiss as moot claims by certain investors of Accuride Corp. that the commercial vehicle parts manufacturer's board shortchanged them with a $124.5 million buyout by private equity firm Crestview Partners, as the investors received additional disclosures that led them to approve the sale.
